Bardon Smiles has HICAPS (Health Insurance Claims and Payments System) available for your convenience. You can claim your health fund rebate on the spot so all that is required is the small gap payment, if there is one. This eliminates the full up front costs to patients, as well as the need to send in claim forms.

We accept all Health Funds and are also Members’ Choice Providers for Medibank Private, BUPA, HCF, Manchester Unity, Teachers Union Health and CBHS. This means that we will only charge you the fees set by each health fund for some specific treatments and while you may still have a gap fee this will be much lower than normal. The gap fee will be determined by your level of cover and as a general rule, the higher your level of cover, the lower the gap fee.

We will provide you with a treatment plan and you can check your rebates with your health fund before you start your treatment. Please keep in mind that your rebates will be determined by your level of cover and your yearly maximum benefit limits.

As Members’ choice for the following health funds, you are covered for more of your treatments.
